Operator is an AI receptionist for small businesses. Every plan includes the full product and a business phone line. 14-day free trial, no card to start; a card is asked for only when you claim your business line. Prices are per month, billed in USD or CAD (the business's own currency), at the same amount.

## Starter

- Price: $49 per month
- Credits: 5,000 per month (1 credit = 1 cent)
- About 200 answered call minutes, or 500 chat or text conversations, or any mix
- Booking fee: none

## Pro

- Price: $129 per month
- Credits: 15,000 per month (1 credit = 1 cent)
- About 600 answered call minutes, or 1,500 chat or text conversations, or any mix
- Booking fee: none

## Scale

- Price: $299 per month
- Credits: 40,000 per month (1 credit = 1 cent)
- About 1,600 answered call minutes, or 4,000 chat or text conversations, or any mix
- Booking fee: none

## What a credit buys

- One minute of a call answered by Operator: 25 credits
- One chat or text conversation: 10 credits
- A text back to a missed call: 2 credits
- One minute transferring a caller to your phone: 3 credits

## Terms

- No contract. Switch plans any time, prorated. Cancelling keeps your plan to the end of the paid period.
- Pay yearly and 2 months are free. Credits still arrive monthly.
- Credits can be topped up any time. If the balance reaches zero, calls ring your own phone; the line never goes dead.
- Deposits and payments settle to your own Stripe account. Operator takes no percentage of them.
