Prices the session they choose
Thirty minutes, an hour, ninety minutes. Operator asks the length and prices it from your own rates, so every booking matches what you charge.

You cannot answer a message in the middle of a session. Operator answers it for you, finds the session the client wants, shows your real openings, takes the deposit and picks up the phone when you cannot.

Built for massage therapists
Most booking tools wait for a client to fill in a form. Operator talks to them, answers their questions and gets the session booked.
Thirty minutes, an hour, ninety minutes. Operator asks the length and prices it from your own rates, so every booking matches what you charge.
Which kind of massage suits them, how long a session is, where you are, what to wear. Operator answers from what you tell it, so a nervous first-timer books instead of going quiet.
Times come from your hours and your calendar, including events already on it, so a client can only pick a time you actually have.
The customer pays a deposit you set, straight to your own Stripe account. Tire-kickers drop off, and a no-show costs them, not you.
Operator picks up when you are with a client, answers the question and texts the caller your booking link. You never break a session to take a call.
Clients are saved with their history and your notes. A returning-client discount can apply itself when a regular books again.
Why it books more
A massage therapist cannot reply to a message with oil on their hands, and a client who does not hear back books with the next studio that answered. Operator answers every message from your booking link while you work. It finds out what the client wants, how long a session they need and where, and shows them the times that are really open. You come out of a session to a booking, not a list of messages to return.
Most therapists price by length, and many charge more for a mobile visit or a specialised treatment. Operator prices each booking from your own rates as the client answers, so the number they see is the number you would have quoted. Change your rates any time and every new booking follows.
A no-show is an hour you cannot sell again. With Operator the client pays a deposit you set when they book, straight to your own Stripe account. Set it as a percentage or a flat amount, per service, or leave it off for the clients you trust.
If you work from a studio and also travel to clients, Operator asks where the session will be, so you know before you pack the table. The answer is on the booking in your inbox with everything else the client told it.
There is no per-message fee and no booking fee. Each plan includes monthly credits, and a minute of answered call is 25 credits, where one credit is one cent. If the credits ever run out, calls ring your own phone the way they did before. The line never goes dead.
