Built from your rates
Your base price, and what each detail adds: size, urgency, extras, how often. The quote is your own arithmetic, done for you.

Customers want a number before they want a call back. Operator asks about the job, works out a price from the rates you set, and shows it the moment it can. The customer picks a time and pays the deposit in the same conversation.

The questions come from the question set for your trade. You decide which ones matter for your prices.
Built for small businesses
The business that answers “how much?” first usually gets the work. Operator answers it the moment a customer asks, from your prices, not a guess.
Your base price, and what each detail adds: size, urgency, extras, how often. The quote is your own arithmetic, done for you.
Operator asks the questions your prices depend on and skips the rest, so the customer gets to a number quickly.
The customer sees a range from the first answer, and it tightens to the job they described as they go. The range always contains the final quote.
Every price comes from your rates and appears on its own card. Operator’s messages never state a figure, so nothing is made up.
The customer picks a time from your real calendar and pays the deposit you set in the same conversation, straight to your Stripe account.
For fixed-price services the quote is final at once. For jobs you price by the details, you review it and approve the exact quote.
Why it books more
You tell Operator your prices in your own words, or it reads them from your website: a base price per service, then what each detail adds. A deep clean costs more than a standard one, a second bathroom adds a set amount, a rush job adds a percentage. Operator turns that into rules and shows you each one, so you can check and change every number.
When a customer starts describing the job, Operator shows a price range built from your rules and the answers so far. Each answer narrows it, and the range always contains the price the job will end up at, so the customer is never surprised upward. When every question that matters is answered, the range becomes one figure.
If a service has a set price, the customer sees the exact quote straight away and can book and pay without waiting for you. If you price a service by its details, you see the job with every answer and the price Operator worked out, and you approve and send the exact quote. Either way, the customer has seen a real number from your rates long before a competitor calls them back.
Once a quote is sent, it is the agreement. If you change your prices later, the customer still pays what they were quoted. The deposit is charged on that quote, and the rest is between you and the customer at the job.
There is no per-message fee and no booking fee. Each plan includes monthly credits, and a minute of answered call is 25 credits, where one credit is one cent. If the credits ever run out, calls ring your own phone the way they did before. The line never goes dead.

FAQ
An instant quote is a price a customer gets straight away, without waiting for someone to call them back. With Operator the price is worked out from your own rates as the customer answers a few questions about the job.
It depends on how you price. For a service with a set price, the quote is exact straight away. For a service priced by its details, the customer sees a range that narrows as they answer, and you approve and send the exact quote once you have seen the job.
From you. Describe what you charge in plain words or point Operator at your website, and it sets up your prices. You can see and edit every price and every rule in your catalog, and new quotes follow any change you make.
No. Operator’s messages never state a price. Prices are worked out from your rates by the pricing engine and shown on their own card, and a message that tried to name a figure would be blocked.
A quote you have sent stays the price the customer pays, even if you change your rates afterwards. New customers get quotes from your new prices.
